We know your wedding is extremely important, and we want the experience for your hair and makeup to be fun and relaxed. We have some tips and guidelines to offer so your important day goes smoothly.
Please speak with Kristen or Kristal, our wedding coordinators, to schedule your hair and makeup services. They will coordinate the timing of your services, answer all your questions, and provide our recommendations for an optimal experience.
Complimentary consultations may be scheduled for hair and makeup. Actual trial services are not complimentary. We strongly suggest scheduling trial services for hair and makeup to clarify your desired result and thus reduce wedding day stress.
Remember our 20% wedding special, which allows the bride and members of the bridal party to experience facials at a discount of 20% for the month prior to the wedding, as well as purchasing makeup and skincare at a 20% discount.

Schedule a trial service so you can have clarity about your desired style. Bring pictures. Also bring any hair ornaments you may be considering as well. Let us know if you want us to attach your veil. Bring your camera so we may take pictures. Bring the pictures with you on the wedding day.
If you decide to make a big change with your hair after the trial, please consider scheduling another trial so we may be prepared.
Schedule a makeup trial so you are not confronted with making makeup decisions on your special day. Bring pictures of preferred makeup looks.
Have your facial done at least 3 days before the wedding
Waxing should be done at least 3 days ahead of the wedding. If you have sensitive skin, schedule your waxing at least 5 days ahead.
The bride should provide her choice of waterproof mascara if the makeup is being professionally applied.
We suggest that the bride purchase her lip color for touch-ups through the day.
Shampoo hair the day before the wedding. Apply minimal products.
The bride and members of the bridal party should wear button-down shirts on the wedding day.
Nails should be done, prior to the wedding day to eliminate the chance of cuticle nicks due to dryness or sensitivity.
Schedule highlights, color and perms at least two weeks prior just in case treatment is not what you expected. This will allow the colorist adequate time to make any needed changes.
Do not flat-iron your hair if you plan to have a curly hairstyle.
It is a good idea to bring your camera to your trial run so that you can make sure that you can take a photo and bring it with you on the wedding day.
Have a professional makeup artist apply your bridal photography makeup- it’s worth it.
